follow backs. i tend to follow back people who post more in-character content than ooc. i also prefer to write with people who have proper grammar and spelling. ( although a few mistakes here and there is no biggie, we all make 'em. ) i might not follow back if i feel like our muses might not mesh well together / lack chemistry. honestly, no hate at all if i don't follow back. i'm not a snob who looks down on other people for having fun, i just want to cater my feed to be full of people i want to write with, and don't want to force interactions for no reason. so, don't feel bad if i don't follow back, it's nothing personal!

from the indie fallout wiki: Previously a doctor in California, Richards was "suckered" into doing military work for the New California Republic, which was viewed as a "patriotic duty." Richards states that "like many idealistic men" before him, he believed it to be a great idea, adding that he was excited to make the world a better place.Richards was stationed stationed near Hoover Dam during the First Battle four years ago, and is able to recount the events that transpired. He states that Caesar's Legion attacked the dam full force, with Chief Hanlon pulling his troopers back to lure the enemy in before stationing them in more secure spots. With the Legion suffering as a result, NCR Rangers and First Recon began dispatching Legion officers. While the Legion began sending its best men to deal with the Rangers and First Recon, the Rangers lured them into a trap at Boulder City and "blew them all to hell."He states that many people died and that anyone with medical training had their hands full for weeks following the aftermath of the battle, adding that he saw "quite a few things" he would rather forget about. Sometime after the battle, Richards was moved to Camp Forlorn Hope, being the only person in the camp with medical experience. He states that he just wants to get back home, adding that he's "had enough fighting and fixing up soldiers" only to send them back into the field to die.
